The owner of this 1,100-square-foot house from the 1960s, a short drive from Town East Mall, wanted the lot cleared for a duplex. Textured ceilings and vinyl floor tile raised the asbestos question first, so our demolition experts booked a DSHS-licensed consultant for the survey. The lab flagged the floor tile, a licensed abatement contractor removed it, and the excavator took the house down afterward. Haul-off trucks cleared the slab, and the crew graded the lot level for the builder.
Turnaround Time: 5 working days of demolition after abatement cleared
Price: $14,800 for demolition and survey coordination

A cracked gunite shell in this backyard, a few minutes from Lake Ray Hubbard, had turned into a mosquito problem. The crew broke the shell into pieces, hauled the rubble, and backfilled the hole in compacted lifts of clean fill. A final raking left the surface ready for sod, which the homeowners laid that weekend.
Turnaround Time: 4 working days
Price: $8,900

A 2,200-square-foot second-floor suite in a Richardson office park needed to reach bare shell before the next tenant's build-out. Our crew pulled the ceiling grid, carpet, partitions, and wall coverings after 6 p.m., sorted metal and drywall into separate containers, and left the space broom-clean for the general contractor. Neighboring tenants kept working the whole time.
Turnaround Time: 4 evenings
Price: $11,300

Plano added tens of thousands of residents in the 1980s, and this two-story house from 1985 is typical of that boom. The owners wanted the kitchen walls, popcorn ceilings, and an outdated bathroom removed before a remodel. After a lab test cleared the ceiling texture, the crew laid floor guard on the stairs, stripped the rooms to studs, and carried debris out through one door to keep dust off the rest of the house.
Turnaround Time: 3 working days
Price: $7,900

Texas heat and shifting clay had heaved a 600-square-foot patio and an old shed slab near the back fence. A hydraulic breaker split the concrete into loadable chunks without touching the neighbor's sprinkler lines or the pecan tree roots. About 20 cubic yards of broken concrete left on haul-off trucks, and the crew leveled the area for sod.
Turnaround Time: 2 working days
Price: $7,400

An abandoned single-wide on a half-acre lot near the Dallas city line had drawn a code-enforcement notice. The crew disconnected the utilities, broke the structure down section by section, and separated the metal framing for scrap. The excavator then filled the old skirting trench and graded the lot flat for the follow-up inspection.
Turnaround Time: 3 working days
Price: $8,200
